Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
Means VisROI, a product of QuestFeed Pty Ltd (ABN 58 632 013 855), an Australian Private Company registered in Queensland.
Means the VisROI website at visroi.com, including all pages, content, and functionality.
Means all services provided through the Platform, including: website design and development, edge hosting, SEO + AI SEO optimization, online forms and booking systems, custom AI features, and competitive analysis.
Means external services integrated with our Platform, including but not limited to: hosting providers (Cloudflare, AWS), email and notification providers (SMTP, Telegram, Discord), analytics services, and any third-party APIs used to power your website.
Means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform or Services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you:
Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
Have read and agree to our Privacy Policy
Are at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter these Terms
Will use the Platform only for lawful purposes
Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Use of the Platform
Project Information
By submitting a project request, you represent that:
- - All information provided is accurate and truthful
- - You have the authority to engage our services for the business
- - You will cooperate with our design and development process
Prohibited Conduct
You must NOT:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
- Use our Services for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Attempt to reverse engineer our technology or methodology
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
Third-Party Services
To deliver and operate your website, we rely on a number of third-party services on your behalf. By using our Services, you authorize us to provision and manage:
- - Edge hosting and CDN providers (e.g. Cloudflare, AWS) used to serve your website
- - Email and notification providers (e.g. SMTP, Telegram, Discord) used to deliver form submissions and booking alerts
- - Analytics services used to measure website performance
- - Any third-party APIs you ask us to integrate with your site
Your Authorization
Your use of these third-party services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We will provide a list of providers used for your project on request.
Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content are owned by QuestFeed Pty Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:
- - The VisROI name, logo, and branding
- - Website design, layout, and user interface
- - Software, code, and technical infrastructure
- - Design methodology and competitive analysis processes
Websites we create for you are licensed for your business use. You may not resell or use our methodology to create competing services.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
- - We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- - Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services
- - We are not liable for third-party actions or external factors
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
